Ope, the room was comfy and really clean, loved the cozy feel! Staff was super friendly, too. Wish breakfast had more than just bagels and bars, though.

This hotel suits me perfectly and has everything I need, free wi-fi, a fitness centre, 24-hour reception, and a bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me find parking, which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Hayes Street Hotel! The standout feature for me was the staff's hospitality, especially Omari and Noah, who were fantastic and always ready to assist with a smile while waiting for Ubers 😊. The location was perfect, just a short ride away from downtown, and I really enjoyed the clean and comfortable room that made my stay pleasant. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a delightful variety including fresh bagels and yogurt. 👍

The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from numerous restaurants, including the famous Hattie B's Chicken. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making everything feel welcome. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, enhancing my relaxation after a day of exploring.
